What sits at the centre of the model?#
Its core is the operating loop: Intent, Delegate, Execute and Judge, with Learn and Adapt at the centre. Those four questions — what matters, who or what should act, doing the work, and whether the result is good enough — are the same ones management has always answered. What changes is that machines now do much of the executing.
Why is writing code with an LLM only a small part of it?#
When delivery speeds up, every team around it has to change. Product, support, security, legal and finance all sit in the path between an idea and a measured outcome, and none of them get faster because the code arrived sooner. Redesigning those teams and processes is the operating model.
That is why the interesting work is rarely in the build loop. It is in the delivery loop around it, and in the governance that decides what may be released without a person in the way.
