What is not the Control Room's job?#
Showing everything the agents are doing. More telemetry is not more governance: a wall of agent activity tells you that work is happening, not whether anything needs you. The Control Room's subject is decisions, waiting, evidence and risk — four things a human can act on.
How is it structured?#
Like a map, with zoom and layers, over one connected set of records — see the enterprise map. Zoom changes the level of detail; layers change the question being asked. The same underlying records serve every view, so two teams looking at the same work cannot see contradictory versions of it.
The queue it presents is a decision queue, not an approval inbox: each item carries the judgment needed, the evidence, the options and the cost of waiting.
