You'll solve complex problems, learn from experienced practitioners, and help shape how modern engineering teams build software with AI.
Lead AI Native Engineer
Own delivery end to end, from prototype to production system, then hand back the keys. Engineer, product owner, and tech lead at once in front of the client.
Senior AI Native Engineer
Mostly in the code, building with agents in parallel and spec-driven workflows. You ship production systems and set the engineering bar AI output is judged against.
