What we've been writing about
I taught an AI my photography style on a €250 GPU

Bogdan fine-tuned PixArt-Sigma on his personal photo library: nine days of compute on a €250 GPU, about €21 of electricity. The model learned his framing and his use of light, not just his subjects. The post covers the practical techniques (aspect-ratio bucketing, pre-computed embeddings, an interpretability tool showing which words influence which image regions) and challenges the assumption that serious AI training needs expensive cloud infrastructure.
EEEG: A Substance Test for Content in the AI Era (Part 1 of 2)

Pini, our CEO, proposes a four-criterion framework for evaluating content quality in the AI era: Educational, Entertaining, Emotional, Grounded. The post addresses a paradox: blanket "AI-generated = bad" reflexes catch the substantive work of knowledgeable people using AI as a writing tool alongside genuine spam. EEEG gives readers (and writers) a more honest test. Part 2 is coming soon.

Dominic Warchalowski, Lead Engineer at Odevo, joins Waves of Innovation to talk about how his team is delivering eight years of software development in eleven months using agentic workflows. He walks through how Odevo redesigned their engineering processes around AI velocity: upfront discovery, hub repositories for shared context, and how they maintain human oversight throughout.

hiring-bias
Bogdan is working on a research project that measures whether LLM résumé screeners change their verdict when you change one demographic signal and nothing else. The code is open source. The research itself is in progress and we'll share findings when they're ready.
