This is the story of how we helped Odevo, a $3 billion property management platform, move its 100-strong engineering organisation from AI-hesitant to AI-native.
Our team has led programmes at

Agentic coding for 100 developers.
The stats speak for themselves.

“re:cinq made me rethink how to use AI in scaled organisations.”
Before the training began, we asked the engineers what worried them about AI. These are their words

01
“Losing the fun of the work (programming)”

02
“Losing the ability to solve problems”

03
“Risk of coding worse things faster”

04
“Using AI without learning about it first”

05
“No longer understanding the code”

06
“Loss of pride in work”

07
“Getting replaced”

08
“Losing the human touch”

09
“Competitors will use AI and outcompete us”

10
“Security, new attack vectors”
Every one of these concerns shaped how we designed the programme.

The re:cinq team
That delivered the Odevo training.

Daniel has spent over a decade designing and delivering engineering transformation programmes at some of the world's most complex organisations. His approach is rooted in the belief that sustainable change comes from within — equipping engineers to own their own evolution. At Odevo, Daniel led the full programme design, from discovery through train-the-trainer.

Michael brings deep expertise in agentic development and developer enablement. He has worked with engineering teams across Europe helping them move from traditional development workflows to AI-augmented practices. At Odevo, Michael ran the hands-on lab sessions and the cohort coaching across all five cohort groups.
